Wix makes it easy to add custom code for cookie consent. Here’s how:

Step 1: Access the Wix Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Wix Dashboard
  2. From the left panel, navigate to Settings

  1. Under Settings, scroll to Advanced
  2. Select Custom Code

Step 3: Grab the Ketch Smart Tag

  1. Sign up for Ketch Free or log into your Ketch dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Properties screen
  3. Select the right property and click on Export Code
  4. Copy the Website Smart Tag code provided

Step 4: Add the cookie banner code

  1. Click Add Code under the Head section
  2. Paste the Ketch Smart Tag code obtained from your Ketch Properties (see step 3 above)

Step 5: Apply and publish

  1. Click Apply to save the changes and make the cookie banner live
  2. Reload your website to see your cookie banner pop up
