Every day at Ketch, we enable businesses to be responsible stewards of data.
In our own business, we strive toward data practices that respect people’s data dignity, and help us earn the trust of our customers, prospects and partners.
Our privacy promise is represented in these five principles, which we believe every business should adopt:
1
Transparency
Steve Jobs said it best “Privacy means people know what they’re signing up for, in plain english, and repeatedly… Let them know precisely what you’re going to do with their data.”  We will communicate exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and when and with whom it’s shared.
2
Choice and control
It’s your data, and we rely on your permission and consent to collect and use it. We will process only the data necessary to support our services. We will provide you with control over how your data is used, with clear instructions on how to access or delete it.
3
Orchestration
When you make a privacy choice, it should be respected everywhere. Every data system, every channel, every time.
4
Security
Personal data should be protected and securely encrypted wherever possible to reduce the potential harm from hacks and data breaches.
5
Relevancy
We’re in the anti-hoarder club. Data should be stored and used for only as long as a business needs it. When data becomes irrelevant to our purpose or services, it will be erased.
We hope you’ll join us by adopting and adhering to these principles.
Together, we will create an ethical internet, where privacy standards and data dignity are built in.
